Jen Sheridan has worked with senior executive teams across a broad range of industries in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the USA.

Jen aims to inspire and develop capability via fun, dynamic and practical learning experiences, building your capability and capacity to work cohesively as a team, and as an individual.

She has extensive experience working with both large and small teams, including indigenous people and organisations. Jen’s current clients include Transurban, BHP Biliton Iron Ore, Wesfarmers CEF, National Australia Bank, Bankwest, ATCO Australia and Public Transport Victoria. She is also an executive coach to a number of senior leaders and business owners.

Jen teaches on the Executive MBA Advanced Management Program and customised leadership programs for top 100 ASX companies and holds a Master of Business Leadership (Curtin University) and professional qualifications in Coaching. She is a Fellow of Australian Human Resources Institute (FAHRI) and a graduate of the Art and Practice of Leadership Development from Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government.

Business Experience

Jen has over twenty years’ experience in the design, development and delivery of learning and development solutions and Executive Education. Her main focus on leadership and management development and change management is complemented by extensive knowledge and application of design and learning methodologies. Jen designs and delivers interventions to maximise individual, team and organisational performance. She has designed and facilitated senior leadership programs, led major cultural change initiatives, worked with senior executive teams and designed whole-of-organisation OD initiatives. Jen is known for her dynamic, practical approach and believes learning should be fun!Jen has worked in, and consulted to, private, public and not-for-profit organisations across a broad range of industries in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the USA. She has extensive experience and great passion for working with indigenous people and organisations in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. She has also run small businesses in Perth for over ten years – Environmental Encounters (Aust) and her current practice, Learn More.

Jen has worked in Executive Education with Australia’s leading business schools, for more than seven years. She is currently adjunct faculty of the Australian Graduate School of Management’s Executive MBA and teaches three subjects in Organisational Behaviour, Change and Leadership. Her most recent role was with Melbourne Business School and Mt Eliza Executive Education designing and facilitating customised leadership programs for top 100 ASX listed companies.
