We design both face to face learning and development solutions as well as online and digital strategies aligned to your preferred way of working. This enables scalability and embedment (habit building) to create real and lasting positive behaviour change.

Our face-to-face learning and development programs are for individuals, teams and large groups. We manage and facilitate groups of 6 to 80 people depending on desired outcomes and the best use of time, people and cost to achieve great results.

At Learn More, we hold qualifications in coaching, leadership and change management and we have extensive experience in knowledge and skill development; learning methodologies; and solutions based on contemporary adult development and adult learning theories.

With long-term client relationships, Learn More has become a trusted advisor and “go to coach” to many of our clients’ learning and development professionals, managers and senior executives. We are nimble, so can be called upon to facilitatecoach or advise on strategy at short notice.
